We have carefully selected our Albanian florists and other business partners. However, although very rare, problems have happened and will happen.
We will refund you according to the following rules:
- If flowers/gifts are not delivered to Albania on the requested day and we are in fault, we will offer you a full refund. If you agree to delivery on the next day, we will refund the shipping fee.
- If the receiver is not available even on the coming days, we will refund all but the shipping fee.
- If the receiver of flowers/gifts is not satisfied with the products or services before she accepts them, we will cancel the order will issue a full refund.
