We have carefully selected our florists and other business partners. They have proven to us and to our clients, to be working with quality and professionalism.
However problems have happened and will happen.
We will take full responsability of any shortcoming and will refund you according to these guidelines:

• If flowers/gifts are not delivered to Albania on the requested day, we will offer you a full refund. If you agree to delivery on the next day, we will either upgrade the gift or refund the shipping fee.

• If the receiver of flowers/gifts is not available even on the coming days, we will refund all but the shipping fee.

• If the receiver of flowers/gifts is not satisfied with the products or service before she accepts them, we will issue a full refund.

Up to 12 hours before the requested delivery time, you can always cancel your order and get a full refund.
