Preferred delivery time (for deliveries to Albania only)
While we guarantee the delivery of flowers and gifts to Albania on the requested day, we do not guarantee that we will deliver at the time of your preference.
However for your information:
Over 90% of deliveries to Tirana are in time.
Over 70% of deliveries to other Albanian cities are in time.
Over 60% of deliveries to Albanian villages and small towns are in time.
Exceptions from above are the busiest days of the year like Saint Valentine's day - February 14, Albanian mother's day - March 8, Christmas Day - December 25, as well as December 28, 29 and 30.
There is no delivery time recorded for flower deliveries outside Albania. Flower shops around the world try to fulfill any special instructions (delivery timing included) but they offer no guarantee, and consequently neither do we. Florists will often call the recipient and arrange for a delivery time.
You agree to not hold us responsible for failing to deliver on the preferred time of the day.
Flower gift delivery by surprise
We do our best to deliver by surprise. However we do not guarantee the surprise.
We will call the recipient if the address and the description of the location in Albania aren’t clear enough, OR if we won’t find the recipient at home, office etc.
If even a phone conversation does not clearly explain the location, we will ask the recipient to come and meet somewhere closed by.

Your special requests for the delivery
We do our best to satisfy any of your special requests for the delivery.
However we do not GUARANTEE that we will fulfill those instructions.

Confirmation of deliveries to Albania
For deliveries of flowers and gifts to Albania only, we will send you an order execution confirmation email. This email will be sent to you either on the same day of delivery OR on the next days.
You agree to not hold us responsible for failing to send you the delivery confirmation email on time.
Confirmation of deliveries outside Albania
We will not send you a delivery confirmation email for any deliveries outside Albania.
This is not our own limitation. Most of the flower shops around the world do not send delivery confirmations and this is why we cannot send one to you.
You could contact the recipient yourself and make sure they got the bouquet, the cake etc.
If you find out that flowers or gifts have not been delivered on the requested day, you can cancel the order and we will refund according to our
Refund policy

Service fees and the recipient
Commonly the recipient does not know the total amount you have paid.
If you will tell the recipient the total paid, you must explain to her the service fees involved. You agreed to pay these service fees and are fully aware of them.
Order modification or cancellation
If you wish to modify/cancel an order, you must contact us at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
You agree to not hold us responsible for failing to read your modification/cancelation message if such message is sent less than 24 hours prior to delivery.
